Brief: videos can be added by two ways;by using the control panel or the section page shown to the visitors. 

Firstly: 

1- Login to the control panel. 

2- From modules list, select “Video”> then “List” as shown in the below picture: 

3- Press the icon “Add” in front of the section you want to add content to as the below picture: 

Secondly: 

Login to the website homepage, and choose the section you want to add content to, then press (add Video). 

In both cases, the below template will show up: 

-User: this option enables to add a name for the user that will publish the video. 

-Section: after pressing the section box, a dropdown list includes the video sections through which you can select the required section. 

-Title: is recommended to be short, compatible with the context, includes key words mentioned, and facilitates reaching the document by entering their names in the search bar. 

-Description: add a brief that describes the video that is shown beneath the content on the website. 

-Suggested tags: every article has keywords that are used for searching in any browser. Accurate selection of these words helps in SEO and attract more visitors to your website. 

Dimofinf V.5 provides you with some key words depending on the title. You can choose from these keywords or enter another ones in the (Tags) box. 

-Picture: add one picture to the content, or leave it empty and the content is displayed without a picture. 

-Content: add the video you to display on the website using the below available methods: 

Content File: it enables you to upload the video from the device which is the best method to add video content due to saving the video on your hosting directly which guarantee its availability on the website pages and not showing the message of deleting the video. In addition, this method ensures the uploading speed while watching it. 

Alternative Choice: this option enables you to publish a video that was previously displayed on another website, using two means: 

Firstly: Content File Url: if the video is uploaded to another hosting or on another website, enter its link in this box to be displayed on your website. 

Secondly: Video Site: this option enables you to add any video that is uploaded to  websites that are designed to upload and share videos. 

Choose the website from the dropdown menu, such as (Youtube). 

Video Code: enter the video code that is shown in the URL after the sign (=) as the below picture:  

Noting that this method is dedicated to (Youtube) website, and every website has its method to add the code, which is shown when you choose a website from the dropdown menu. 

-Title: enter a title for the added video, so you visitors can search for it. 

-Allow pingbacks: This feature helps in SEO as a digital marketing strategy. It consists of a group of external links “backlink” that refers to your website. For example, if a link that refers to a page  of your website is included in any article published on other websites, this content will be recorded on your server. It is preferably to activate this feature for all content.

-Status: This option is used to set the content status whether to be; “published or waiting approval”. So that, to display the content, choose “published”. 

-Publishing date: it is used to manage the content date that is shown on the website. 

Press (Submit) to add article, or (Reset) to re enter the data.
