Club Module Settings

 

Brief: this feature allows you to adjust the module settings of its sections, and managing its blocks. 

 

To login to article module settings: 

1- Login to control panel.

2- From the side list, select “Settings”, then “plugins Settings” as shown in the below picture: 

3- Another list will show up, select “Club Settings” as the below picture: 

The page of general settings will show up: 

-Sections links to display on left menu: select the club sections (club teams) that are displayed in the modules list. 

-Sections to display in Club Sections block:The block of (Club Sections) displays clubs existed in module whether they are included in internal pages or the homepage.

-Number of sections to display per row on homepage: this option allows you to manage the number of sections in each block if the (Club teams) block is displayed on the homepage. As you set the number of displayed sections in each row.  

-Total number of contents to display from each section on homepage: you can manage the number of contents displayed in each section depending on the previous step to be shown in (club teams) block on the homepage.

-Total number Of contents to display per row: you can set the number of displayed sections in every row  of the homepage and internal pages. 

-Display sections only: Press (yes) if you want to display sections without content. 

-Number of sections to display per row in modules: you can set the number of displayed sections in every row  of the internal pages. 

-Number of contents to display per page in modules: set the number of displayed section in every page. if you have 1000 contents for every section, and you want to show 20 ones in every page, so that you will have 5 pages in this section. A numbered list of pages will be shown beneath the contents.   

-Maximum section image width & Height: allows you to set the width and height of all the section pictures. 

It is not recommended to make the height and width less than 150 for the picture clearance. 

-Total number of contents to display in "Club Supplementary Section" block: allows you to manage the number of content displayed in all the module blocks. This feature is very useful incase there are a large number of contents and you want to manage the number of published ones depending on the website design and style. 

-Maximum content file size in megabytes: to manage the size of uploaded file while you are creating a content.

-Maximum image dimensions: the uploaded picture will be automatically set as the entered dimensions. It is preferably to set the dimensions of the uploaded images in case you have a large number of images and limited space. 

-Maximum image thumb width & Height: (Thumbnail images) if little size of the original pictures that you upload to the website, those little images are displayed on the website pages except for the content page for the website speed. You may set the maximum width and height of the thumbnail images noting that the ideal size is 75. 

-Contents sorting order in modules: you can set the criteria to order of the sections contents.

-Apply previous sorting order to homepage: Don’t activate this feature if you want to display the contents differently on the homepage, as the default order is the random one. 

 

-Activate Ticker: it allows the recent club module ticker  to be displayed automatically to show the newly added members.

 

-Allowed Ticker Areas: set the allowed locations to show the ticker; whether to be shown only on the internal pages, homepage, or all the pages. 

.

-Display Module Statistics: the (Statistics Block) is a main one that is not belonged to a certain module and  can be added to any page. 

 

-Meta Keywords: enter meta keywords that fit the club module, to be included in every content published on the website pages. 

Use this feature if you want to add meta keywords to all the module contents that has no previous meta keywords before being published. 

-Module Short URL: short URLs  help in reaching the website pages easily by adding a keyword beside the domain. For example, if you want to refer to the club module pages, enter (club) in this field as shown below: 

Note: every short URL has to be used once, and does not include numbers or Arabic alphabet.  

-Club module order in the Modules menu: set the module order on the website modules list. 

Press (Edit Setting) to save. 

Displaying Club blocks on the Website: to display the blocks of the module, press the icon (List) in the header, activate default layout, then press (Add Block), use (Filtration or searching feature to display club blocks only), then drag the block to set it desired location.
