Sending the Security Question Answer to your Mobile Phone:
Note: You should have enough credit on your account, to add credit to your balance press here
1-Login to your Client Area.
2-Choose (Edit Account Details) from Home Page.
3-A list with the name (My Account) will be displayed, choose (Security settings).
4-Then press the button (Submit); noting that if your mobile number is incorrectly formatted, you will not be able to receive the message, so please contact our Customer Affairs department by pressing here and requesting writing the mobile number correctly, not changing the mobile number.
Kindly note that the message cost ranges from (0.13 – 0.26 USD) according to your country and service provider price, and it will be deducted from your credit. Always make sure that your mobile number is correct.
