Renewal Cancellation Request

  • Login  to your Control Panel in Dimofinf website using your email and password.

  • A new menu will be displayed, choose (Services).

  • A list of your services will be displayed on the page, press the service name you want to control.

  • A side list named “Actions”will show up as the below picture, press (Request Cancellation) 

 

  • Please fill  the below fields, in which the reason will be mention whether for immediate cancellation or cancelling the service renewal.
