Brief: this plugin allows your website visitors to rate the contents using various developed options.

Firstly: settings: 

1- Login to the control panel

2- from the side list, select (settings)> then (plugins settings) as the picture below: 

3- the settings list will show up, choose (Rating settings) as the picture below: 

The below page appears:

-Enable Rating: activate or deactivate this plugin. 

-Modules: choose the modules that you want to add rating to. 

-Number of stars to display: set the number of the stars that are used in the rating. 

-Rating Zone: from the dropdown list, set the location where the rating is displayed. 

After the settings are edited, the plugin block is displayed as shown below:
