To send a newsletter follow the steps of the following explanation:
1. Sign in to the Administration Control Panel.
2. From the side menu, choose 'Mailing list' then 'Newsletter' and the following picture will appear:
• Subject: the message title.
• Gender: the user gender to whom the message will be sent (male or female).
• Importance level: how important is the message; this shows the recipient how important the message is.
• Usergroup: the usergroups to which the message will be sent.
• Message: the message content.
• Attachments: you can attach files to the message and send them to the recipients.
