- Sign into your Client area on our website using your email and password.
- You will be taken to a new page entitled 'Client area', choose 'Active services'.
3. A list of your active services will appear including shared hosting services, please click 'View Details'.
4. At the top of this page, there is an icon named 'Change password', when you click on it, you will be asked to provide the answer for your security question.
