One of the interactive sections available in Dimofinf CMS is The Guest Book Section, it allows the site manager to interact with the visitors and receives the signatures they add using a special form in the site.

What makes Dimofinf CMS different is allowing the site manager to review the signatures in the control panel before publishing it, to approve or delete it.

  • To enable displaying the “Guest Book” in the left menu of the site, follow the path:

Modules Settings > Dimofinf Settings > Turn Options On and Off > Guestbook Active

Choose “Yes” then press “Edit Settings

  • To approve the signatures before publishing, follow the path:

Module Settings > Dimofinf Settings > Approve Guestbook Signatures?

Choose “Yes” then press “Edit Settings

  • To view the approved signatures in the control panel, follow the path:

Guest Book > Approved Signatures

The signatures will be displayed and besides each one there are 3 icons which are:

  1. Edit: To edit the signature.
  2. Unapprove: You can unapprove previously approved signature so it will disappear from the guest book.
  3. Delete: To permanently delete the signature.

  • To view the unapproved signatures, approve it, edit it, or delete it follow the path:

Guest Book > Unapproved Signatures

The signatures will be displayed and besides each one there are 3 icons which are:

  1. Edit: To Edit the signature.
  2. Approve: To approve the signature so it will appear in the guest book.
