Collective Importing

 

Brief: this feature makes it easier to upload a large number of cards with different extensions at the same time. 

Follow the below steps to make it work actively: 

1- Upload the cards folder to your host to be included on (temp) folder existed in (contents) folder. 

2- Select (Collective Importing) from cards module list as shown in the below picture: 

The below template will show up: 

-Folder path name: enter the uploaded folder name, then press (display) and a list of all included cards will be shown. 

Note: only folders with allowed extensions such as (SWF, GIF, PNG, JPG) will be shown, and others will be displayed with an error beside (not allowed folder extension). 

-User: enter the username that will be shown beside cards. 

-Section: select the section that you want to add cards to. 

-Allow Comments: activate or deactivate comments on cards. 

-Status: set the cards status , besides being able to set the publishing date. 

Press (Submit) to save cards and add them to the website.
