This function is significant, as it has to be put at the end of the (add, edit, or delete) process in order to update the counters of sections with the contents numbers after each process.
Parameter:
- dynamic_cat_id$ (mandatory) : the section ID number.
- module$ (mandatory) : the table name in which the content is included in the database.
- rate$ (mandatory) : the rate of increase/ decrease in the section counters.
