Add Content

Brief: after creating the section, you need to add contents to be displayed on the website. The below steps clarify how to add contents to the issues troubleshooter module.  

 

You can add content by two methods: 

-First method: by using the CMS control panel. 

-Second one: by using the section page on the website. 

Firstly: 

1-Login to the control panel. 

2- From modules list, select “issue troubleshooter”> then “list sections” as shown in the below picture: 

3-Press the icon “Add” in front of the section where the content is added to as shown in the below picture: 

Secondly: 

Login in to the “issues troubleshooter” on the website homepage,choose the section you want to add the content to, then press the icon “Add”. 

In both cases, the below template will show up: 

-User: this option enables you to add the name of the user who published the content. 

-Section: after pressing the section box, a dropdown list includes the documents sections through which you can select the required section. 

Note: every member has a permission for certain sections based on permissions provided to him and his group. 

-Title: is recommended to be short, compatible with the context, includes key words mentioned, and facilitates reaching the document by entering their names in the search bar. 

-Content: this box is designed to add the content details. 

It contains BBcode and Wysiwyg codes, which you can use any one by activating or deactivating the required one using Dimofinf settings. 

-Suggested tags: every article has keywords that are used for searching in any browser. Accurate selection of these words helps in SEO and attract more visitors to your website. 

Dimofinf V.5 provides you with some key words depending on the title. You can choose from these keywords or enter another ones in the (Tags) box

-Picture Update Your Choices: upload a picture that helps in grasping the reader's attention and convey the message of the content. 

CMS allows you to add multiple pictures considering the photo dimensions to be moderate. 

After adding multiple pictures, they are displayed in a slider, adding to the ability of being rearranged depending on the showing priority.

-Allow Comments (In case comments plugin is activated): by activating comments plugin, you can add different comments plugins valid in Dimofinf store such as (Facebook,Disquss…) all platforms will be shown in the same block highlighting every individual one. 

Note: The comments block can be displayed on the internal pages of the module only, not all the website pages. 

Firstly: activate (Allow Comments) option while you are creating the content. 

Secondly: follow the below steps if you don’t create comments block yet. 

Activate (Default Layout) from the main menu, then press (Adding Block) on the side page. Select (Comments) block and drag it to where you want to be displayed. 

-Allow pingbacks: This feature helps in SEO as a digital marketing strategy. It consists of a group of external links “backlink” that refers to your website. For example, if a link that refers to a page  of your website is included in any article published on other websites, this content will be recorded on your server. It is preferable to activate this feature for all content.

-Status: This option is used to set the content status whether to be; “published or waiting approval”. So that, to display the content, choose “published”. Noting that this option is only allowed to the “Super admin” and “Admin”. 

-Publishing date: it is used to manage the content date that is shown on the website

Press (Submit) to add article, or (Reset) to re enter the data. 

 

Adding new step: 

To follow up the issue, press the icon (add new step) on the webpage, and another template will show up: 

-Previous steps: enter the steps and stages that you have tackled in order to solve the issue, and define to which stage, this step is added. 

-Title: enter a clear and expressive title of the step.

-Text: enter details related to this step. 

-Picture: upload a picture that helps in grasping the reader's attention and convey the message of the content.

Press (Submit) to add article, or (Reset) to re enter the data. 

The added step is shown beneath the content itself. 

 

If you press the button of the step, you will be transferred to the step page in order to make sure whether the issue is solved or not yet.
