Brief: this plugin allows you to add different methods of payment to your website. If your website is selling products or collecting donations, the visitor is able to pay by paypal or pay tabs with whatever currency. 

 

Firstly: Payment gateway plugin settings: 

1-Log In to the control panel

2-From the setting list, select (Plugins settings) as the below picture: 

3-A list will show up, choose (Payment gateway settings) as shown below: 

The below setting options will show up: 

Pay tabs: 

-Email: enter the email address that you registered by in pay tabs. 

-Paytab merchant ID: enter the merchant ID that exists at the top of the page.  

-Secret key: press the tab (secret key) in the side menu of the pay tabs page. 

-Site URL: enter your website URL linked to paytabs; it is found in your paytabs profile. 

-Currency: enter the currency used for payment. 

-Max dimensions for express checkout image: the checkout image is automatically resized to the set dimensions. 

PayPal: 

-Email: enter the email address used  to receive the customers’ payments. 

-Client ID: You can create an account to extract the customer’s IDs. 

-Secret key: you can get it from the accounts page. 

To get these data, follow the below: 

Login to the accounts page, and enter the email address that you want to receive payments via. Then, press (View/ Edit Account) as shown below: 

The below page will show up: 

After pressing (Default Application), the below page will show up containing the required data. 

Press (Edit Settings) to save. 

 

Secondly: To add payment methods, follow the below: 

From the control panel> select plugins> payment gateway> express checkout> then add new as the picture below: 

 

The below template will show up: 

-Title: enter a title that is suitable to the added payment method. 

-Payment type: choose the payment type whether it is paypal or paytabs. 

-Amount: enter the required amount to be paid. 

-Process description: add a brief about the payment method. 

-Image: upload a picture for the payment method. 

Press (Submit) to create a payment method, or (Reset) to re enter new data.

 

Thirdly: the plugin displaying method on the website: 

The added payment method will be shown on the homepage, activate the default layout, then press (Block) and use (filter/ search) features to display the plugin block.

After that, drag the block to its location. 

So that, once the visitor presses the block, the payment is processed easily and the required amount is paid.  

 

Fourthly: list payment gateways: 

From the control panel> select plugins> payment gateway> express checkout> then add new as the picture below: 

The created payment gateways will show up as shown below: 

-Edit Icon: is used to edit the payment gateway.

-Delete Icon: is used to delete payment gateway.

Press (Select all) to define all payment methods, or define the required ones and press (Delete) to remove the elected ones.  

 

Fifthly: Search for payments: 

You can search for payment gateways using the date or transaction number by following the below: 

From the control panel> select plugins> payment gateways> then search for payments as shown below: 

The below template will show up: 

Set the date of the payment that you are looking for, and press (Search). 

 

Sixthly: Payment gateway plugin integration with modules: 

Dimofinf has linked the plugin to the cart module, so that the visitor can buy any products by paypal or paytabs. 

Besides, Dimofinf is about to link the plugin to other modules, and it is able to execute any customer’s request to link the plugin to a requested module.
