Adding Content


Brief: Adding content is the next step after adding the section to be shown on the website. The steps below explain how to a content to cinema module. 

Content can be added by following two ways: 

First way: using the CMS control panel. 

Second way: using the section page on the website. 


1- Login to the control panel. 

2- From modules list, choose “Cinema”, then “List section” as shown below: 

3- Press the icon “Add” in front of the section in which you want to add the content as the below picture: 



Login to Cinema homepage on your website, and press (Add). 

In both cases, the below templates will show up: 


Adding content template: 

-User: this option enables to add a name for the user that will publish the content. 

-Section: select a section in which the content will be added. 

Note: every user has access to a number of sections that he and his group have a permission of. 

-Type: select the content type; based on the selected type, some box differs from a type to another noting that there are three types (Movie, Series, TV Show) as the below picture: 


-IMDB ID: IMDB is an international website for movies and series. If you want to get a content from it,  copy the content number and paste it in this box noting that the ID is shown after the below link:

Note: If you enter IMDB ID, Dimofinf will get the content details automatically. So, you don’t need to enter them manually as shown in the below picture:  

-Series: if the content type is “series”, enter the series name in this box. 

-Full title: enter the full detailed name of the series or movie, as some episodes or seasons are added with different names. 

-Title: this field is required for the movie or series name. 


The below fields are dynamic ones, if you fill the “Actor” filed with some name, any added movie or series includes his name will be recalled after entering the actor name. 

-Genre: enter the content genre such as, (religion, history, social, comedy, etc.,). 

-Actor: enter the participated actors. 

-Director: enter the director name of the added content. 

-Author: enter the author name of the added content. 

-IMDB rating: if the content is published on IMDB website, enter the mentioned rating. As mentioned above, you can use use IMDB ID to get this information automatically. 

-Show year: enter the year when the content was published. 

-Episod: if the added content is series, enter the episode number. 

-Season: if the added content is series with different seasons, you need to enter the series season number or name. 

-Production date: enter the content production year. 


-Show duration in minutes: enter the movie and series episode duration in minutes. 

-Description: enter the content description, noting that this field includes (BBcode) editor, and (Wysiwyg) editor, and you can move between them by pressing the required editor icon. Adding to activating or deactivating them using the editor settings. 

-Online watch server: enter the server name and its code, noting that Dimofinf CMS V.5 enables you to add numerous servers through which the audience can watch the content using the suitable server. (Online watch servers) are shown beneath the content. 

-Download servers: enter the download server name and its code, noting that Dimofinf CMS V.5 enables you to add numerous servers through which the audience can download the content using the suitable server. (Download servers) are shown beneath the content. 

Suggested tags: Keywords are used to search for a content. Accurate selection of these words helps in SEO and attract more visitors to your website. 

Dimofinf V.5 provides you with some key words depending on the title. You can choose from these keywords or enter another ones in the (Tags) box. 

-Picture Update Your Choices: add a picture that attracts the audience and reflects the content topic. Use (Drag and Drop) feature or press the picture box to upload the picture. 

Dimofinf CMS V.5 enables you to upload various pictures with suitable dimensions and arrange them depending on the displaying priority. 

-Quality: this field is added manually, so it is not found when you install the module. As it aims at knowing how the classification will be shown on the website page. 

-Allow Comments (In case comments plugin is activated): to allow the website visitors to make a comment on the article, activate comments plugin. You can add different comments plugin valid in Dimofinf store such as (Facebook,Disquss…) all platforms will be shown in the same block highlighting every individual one. 

This option is shown only if the comments plugin is activated. 

Note: The comments block can be displayed on the internal pages of the module only, not all the website pages. 

Firstly: activate (Allow Comments) option while you are creating the article. 

Secondly: follow the below steps if you don’t create comments block yet. 

Activate (Default Layout) from the main menu, then press (Adding Block) on the side page. Select (Comments) block and drag it to where you want to be displayed. Mostly, it is displayed beneath the content block. 

This location can be edited at any time by dragging it to the new one. Share on Facebook (In case Facebook plugin is activated): Websites are sharing their content on Facebook, so that we add this feature to (Adding Content) blocks. The content will be shared on Facebook at the same time when it is added to the website. Activate (Facebook Plugin) to enjoy this feature. 

-Allow pingbacks: This feature helps in SEO as a digital marketing strategy. It consists of a group of external links “backlink” that refers to your website. For example, if a link that refers to a page  of your website is included in any article published on other websites, this article will be recorded on your server. It is preferably to activate this feature for all content. It is preferably to activate this feature for all content.

-Status: This option is used to set the content status whether to be; “published, pending, Edited, Rejected”. Only “super admin” has the permission to change the content status, In case, there are a group of editors, the content will be shown as “pending” for them and “ “edited” for the audience till they set the status to be “published or rejected”. 

-Pinned movies: choose “yes” to display the content in the pinned movies block. 

-Publishing Date: add the content publishing date on the website. 

Press (Submit) to add article, or (Reset) to re enter the data.
