Brief: this feature allows you to adjust the module settings of its sections, and managing its blocks.

To login to classified ads module settings: 

1- Login to control panel.

2- From the side list, select “Settings”, then “plugins Settings” as shown in the below picture: 

3- Another list will show up, select “Classifieds Settings” as the below picture: 

The page of general settings will show up: 

The first three options allows you to select the classifieds sections that will be shown in the list and blocks of the website content. 

-Sections to display on Homepage: set the sections that will be shown inside blocks on the homepage. For example, you create the section (classifieds) on the home page, only selected sections will be shown on the home page. 

-Sections contents to include in "New Classifieds" block:  this block adds the most recent classifieds to sections that you select.

-Sections links to display on the left menu: set the classifieds sections that will be displayed in the side list. 

Noting that if you don’t select sections , the classifieds module will not be shown in the list. 

-Total number of classifieds to display on each row on Homepage and in Modules: set the number of contents that are shown in each row on the homepage in the classifieds block. 

-Total number of advanced contents to display on Homepage and in Modules: set the number of contents pinned for a certain period or advanced ones whether to be shown on the homepage or internal pages. 

The block will not be able to show more contents than you have already set, even if a larger number of advanced ads are added. 

-Maximum number of displayed characters for "Advanced Classifieds" Cutoff: set the number of maximum used characters shown as a brief of the ad depending on the website pages design. 

-Number of sections to display per page in Modules: set the number of displayed section in every page. If there are 10 sections and you set 5 section for each page, so you will have 2 pages for sections. A numbered list of pages shows up beneath the sections.

-Number of sections to display per row in Modules: set the number of sections to be shown in each row of the module internal pages. 

-Number of contents to display per page in Modules: set the number of ads to be displayed on every section page. 

For example, if you have 1000 ads for every section, and you want to show 20 ones in every page, so that you will have 50 pages in this section. A numbered list of pages will be shown as numbered pages beneath the contents.  

-Number of search results per page: this feature is only for (classifieds module), through which you can the number of shown results on every page, for example, if there are 10 ads compatible with the keywords, you can 5 ads to be shown in one pge, so that the number of pages are 2. 

-Number of ads that can be added per section: set the maximum number of displayed ads depending on the limited space and number of ads on your website. 

-Maximum content file size in megabytes: the section image is resized depending on the set size. 

-Maximum section image width & height: this option allows to set the height and width of the section images. 

It is recommended not to be less than 150 for the image quality. 

-Total number of contents to display in "New Classifieds" , "Classifieds Sections Contents", “Number of most viewed ads today”: these options allow you to manage the number of displayed ads in every block of the module. 

The importance of this feature is crystal clear if there are a large number of ads and you need to limit the number of published ones based on the website design and style. 

-Maximum number of uploaded images per time: Dimofinf V.5 makes you upload any number of the published images for every ad. 

-Maximum section image size in megabytes: manage the maximum size of the uploaded image. 

-Maximum image dimensions: this option is for the uploaded images with every ad. 

The image dimensions define its accuracy and quality, the more dimensions you set, the more quality is shown. So, it may be a need for larger space. 

In case there are a large number of uploaded images and there is a limited space, set the maximum size of the uploaded to the website. 

This feature will automatically resized the uploaded image. 

-Maximum Image Thumb Width and Height: (Thumbnail images) if little size of the original pictures that you upload to the website, those little images are displayed on the website pages except for the content page for the website speed. You may set the maximum width and height of the thumbnail images noting that the ideal size is 75. 

-Number of ads per Seller: set the number of ads that every seller is allowed to upload. 

-Number of ads per visitor: set the number of ads that every visitor is allowed to upload. 

-Message Subject: set a default subject of the message sent to the seller if any one contacts him regarding his ad. 

-Least numbers of letters in "Contact Seller" message: set the maximum number of message content that is sent to 

-Sections sorting order in module: set the order you want to display sections by selecting one of the methods existed in the dropdown list. 

-Contents Sorting Order: set the order you want to display contents by selecting one of the methods existed in the dropdown list.
