  • Backup server preparation

  • Adding the servers required to be backed up

  • Install/uninstall client program, set the server to be compatible with the client program if possible.

  • Server linking and determining the partitions to be backed up and any other settings.

  • Helping the customer with restore operation in emergency cases.

  • Updating the client program and what follows during the subscription period (might need providing the server manager data)

  • Provide advices and directions to guarantee best possible usage, technical support does not include anything outside DimofinfBS service scope.
