Sending the Security Question Answer to your Mobile

To send the security question answer to your mobile follow these steps:

Note: You should have enough money in your account, to add more funds press here

  1. Login to your Client Area
  2. Choose My Details from the Client Area menu, as shown in the following image

  1. From the bar in the middle of the page choose Change Security Question, as shown in the following image

  1. To send the current answer to your authorized mobile number, you can do so by pressing Submit, as shown in the following image

  1. If your mobile number was not recorded correctly, you will not be able to receive the message, please contact our customer affairs department by pressing here and requesting writing the mobile number correctly, not changing the mobile number


Note that the message cost ranges from 0.5 – 1.0 USD depending on your country and service provider, and it will be deducted from your account, always make sure that your mobile number is correct.
