Adding a Banner in the Header

To add an image or a banner in the header instead of the available phrase, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the header template using the path:

Styles & Blocks > Styles > List

  1. Choose the style you use then press “Design
  2. Choose header.htm template, press “Display” and search for the phrase:

YOU COULD PUT BANNER/TEXT/HTML HERE, OR JUST REMOVE ME, I AM IN header.htm TEMPLATE

  1. Delete the previous phrase and type instead of it one of the following codes:
  • The first code: Is used to add an image in the header, which is:

CODE :
<img alt="" src="http://www.domainname1.com/filename/imagename" />

  • The second code: Is used to add banner in the header, which is:

CODE :
<a href="http://www.domainname2.com"><img alt="" src="http://www.domainname1.com/filename/imagename" /></a>

Where:

  • http://www.domainname1.com is the location of the image in the ftp.
  • http://www.domainname2.com is the destination url when the banner clicked.
  • filename is the name of the directory that contains the image.
  • imagename is the name of the image.
